About the brand
ICECO builds 12V portable fridge/freezers for trucks, Jeeps, SUVs and vans, plus the slides and insulated covers that go with them. Most of the lineup runs SECOP compressors, the same compressor brand found in fridges that cost far more, and ICECO backs them with a 5-year compressor warranty and a tech team in Southern California.
Based in: Brea, California · Compressor: SECOP on most models · Lead time: In-stock orders usually leave ICECO in 1-2 business days, then 3-7 days ground; ask us about any item

The ICECO VL45 is the value pick in ICECO's lineup: a 45-liter single-zone 12V fridge/freezer with a SECOP compressor and none of the extras you might not need. It holds a long weekend's worth of food for two and runs anywhere from 0°F to 50°F as a fridge or a freezer.
Why it works
- SECOP compressor: the compressor in a no-frills box.
- Fridge or freezer: set it anywhere from 0°F to 50°F.
- Room for two: 45 liters holds a long weekend of food for two people.
- Olive finish: blends in with most overland builds.
The trade-off
There is no app control and no second zone. If you want a fridge for the truck without paying for those, start here. If you want them, look further up ICECO's lineup.
Pair it with
The ICECO Fridge Mounting Slide for JPPro, VL45, APL35, VL35Pro & VL45Pro lists the VL45 among its fits.
Warranty and shipping
ICECO backs the compressor for 5 years and the fridge for 1 year. It ships direct from ICECO, usually within 1–2 business days.
