- Return the defective part to ADD at your own expense while still inside the 1-year window

Addictive Desert Designs High Mount Intercooler Upgrade Kit | Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost and Raptor
The factory intercooler on 3.5L EcoBoost F-150s and Raptors sits right where aftermarket winch and frame-cut bumpers need room. ADD's High Mount kit moves an 18-core intercooler up onto a steel mounting beam and out of the way.
It is TIG welded, CARB compliant under EO D-812 and retains all OEM sensors and functions. Choose the normal or clocked blowoff valve version to suit your bumper.

Does it fit the Raptor R?
No. It is for 3.5L EcoBoost trucks only and is not compatible with the Raptor R.
Normal or clocked blowoff valve?
Frame-cut bumpers require the clocked version, IC1650KIT-S. Otherwise the normal version, IC1650KIT, applies.
What about adaptive cruise control?
Bracketry is included for the 2015-2020 F-150 and 2017-2020 Raptor. Newer trucks need a separate ACC bracket: AC19152501NA for 2021-2023 F-150, AC2101501NA for 2021-2023 Raptor, AC1305101NA for 2024 Raptor.
Is it emissions legal?
Yes. It is CARB compliant under EO D-812.
