How to make an Eibach warranty claim
- Start with the dealer you bought from. The dealer requests a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Eibach
- Send the part back with the RGA number, your sales receipt, and a written statement with your name, address, vehicle make and model, photos and a description of the defect and how it happened
- Eibach refuses returns without those items, and does not accept C.O.D. or collect shipments
- Eibach inspects the part, checks the receipt and reviews your statement before deciding the claim

The Eibach Pro-Truck Sport shock is a monotube performance replacement for the 2017-2026 Ford Super Duty F-250 and 2017-2026 Ford Super Duty F-350 4WD, tuned for street manners and off-road control.
Eibach uses a high-pressure monotube design with a heavy-duty 46 mm piston and a nitro-coated shaft, inside a zinc-coated, weather-resistant body. It is made in the U.S.A. and is the same rear shock Eibach uses in its Stage 1 and Stage 2 kits.
What you get: Single Front Shock.
How to choose
A good fit for stock or mildly lifted trucks; check the fitment notes for the lift range each part supports. If you want reservoir shocks for heavy off-road use, look at the Pro-Truck Reservoir instead.
