What's covered

  • Factory defects in material and workmanship
  • Products used on passenger cars and trucks under normal use and operating conditions
  • The original purchaser, with proof of purchase, who still owns the vehicle the parts were installed on
  • Eibach decides whether to repair, replace or refund the defective component

What's not covered

  • Improper installation, or installation by someone other than a qualified mechanic experienced with suspension
  • Improper service, misuse, modification, abuse, accident or collision
  • Vehicles loaded beyond the manufacturer's weight limits
  • Racing or racing-type use
  • Parts moved to a different vehicle, or claims by anyone other than the purchaser
  • Eibach Factory Refurbished parts
  • Labor, removal and reinstallation, shipping to the dealer, towing, loss of use and other consequential costs

How to make an Eibach warranty claim

  • Start with the dealer you bought from. The dealer requests a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Eibach
  • Send the part back with the RGA number, your sales receipt, and a written statement with your name, address, vehicle make and model, photos and a description of the defect and how it happened
  • Eibach refuses returns without those items, and does not accept C.O.D. or collect shipments
  • Eibach inspects the part, checks the receipt and reviews your statement before deciding the claim

Based in: Corona, California (Eibach Group: Finnentrop, Germany) · Made in: USA for most Pro-Truck parts, per Eibach · Lead time: Ships from Eibach; timing varies by part

The Eibach ERO off-road coilover spring is a 12-inch, 3.75-inch inside-diameter race spring with a 200 lb/in rate, made for builders tuning a coilover setup, including Eibach's own Pro-Truck coilovers. Each spring is individually tested for a consistent rate, so what is on the label is what you get on the truck.

Why it works

  • Consistent rate: every spring is tested on its own, so a pair behaves like a pair.
  • Travel-focused design: Eibach designs the ERO line for maximum travel with minimum block height.
  • Common size: the 3.75-inch ID suits Eibach Pro-Truck coilovers and other coilovers built around that diameter.

How to choose

Pick the length and rate your setup calls for. This listing is the 12-inch length at 200 lb/in. It is sold as a single spring, so order two for a pair. If you are unsure which rate your build needs, work it out with your coilover's spec sheet or give us a call before ordering.

Fitment

This is a universal coilover spring, not tied to a specific vehicle. Match the length, the 3.75-inch inside diameter and the rate to your coilover.

Install notes

Swapping springs requires taking the coilover apart with a proper spring compressor. Do not try it without one.

In the box

  • One Eibach ERO coilover spring, 12 in x 3.75 in ID, 200 lb/in (part 1200.375.0200S)
