The Dirtbox Overland Interior Storage Bench puts a seat and a gear locker into one piece for a canopy camper interior. It mounts on the passenger side and supports up to 550 lb. The included cushion turns the top into a place to sit, change shoes or relax at camp.
Construction is all aluminum, which keeps added weight down and will not rust. Underneath is a single, undivided compartment instead of several small cubbies, so longer items like tools and recovery gear fit without puzzle-solving. You can reach it three ways: the lift-up top, a rear-facing door at the tailgate, or an inward-facing side door that opens toward the center aisle for access from the driver's side of the interior.
MOLLE panels on the rear and inward-facing side give you attachment points for compatible pouches, and the panel openings let air move through. Opening the lid and doors at camp helps ventilate the compartment and air out lightly damp gear. Dirtbox suggests pairing it with its MOLLE Box with Fold-Down Table for a seating-and-table setup.
Fitment
Offered for midsize trucks with 5 ft beds and full-size trucks with 5.5 ft beds. Installation is no-drill and non-destructive on Dirtbox Overland Canopy Campers and Genesis Canopy Campers. Other brands may require drilling, so contact us to confirm compatibility before ordering.
