The 270 Awning Room is a detachable set of walls that turns the Dirtbox Free-Standing 270 Awning into an enclosed shelter. It is a multi-panel system held with heavy-duty Velcro and zippers, so it goes up without tools and Dirtbox says setup takes under five minutes. The panels are fully detachable, so you can run a few walls or all of them depending on the weather.
It is built for use through the year. Mesh bug netting keeps airflow up in summer while blocking insects, full fabric panels hold heat and block wind in winter, and you can close the panels against dust and smoke. Dirtbox lists protection from bugs, rain, snow, wind and dust. Used enclosed, it can serve as a camp kitchen shelter, dining area, sleeping space, changing room or gear storage.
Two heights are offered. Standard Height is for stock and mildly modified vehicles and gives full ground coverage at normal ride heights. Extended Height is for lifted trucks on 37-inch or larger tires, adding vertical clearance so the room still seals.
