The Coupler Cork is a machined aluminum plug that sits in the female air coupler you are not using, so dirt, mud, dust, sand and water stay out of it. Onboard air couplers live on bumpers and under hoods, which is exactly where that debris collects, and an open quick-connect gives all of it a direct path to the internals. This plug pushes in the same way a mating air plug does, and it comes out when you are ready to connect a hose.
CMM Offroad CNC machines it in the USA from your choice of 6061-T6 aluminum, a good balance of durability, corrosion resistance and low weight, or 7075-T6 for noticeably higher strength in the same compact shape. Every plug gets a Cerakote finish, and a stainless steel split-ring retainer is included so you can tether it near the coupler instead of losing it in the dirt.
Fitment
This version fits 1/4 inch Tru-Flate couplers, also called Automotive or T-Style. It is not interchangeable with the Industrial (B-Style, ISO 6150 Series B) Coupler Cork, because the two have different nose profiles. Compare the nose of the plug that mates with your coupler to the product photos, or ask us if you are unsure.

Will this fit my air coupler?
It fits 1/4 inch Tru-Flate couplers, also known as Automotive or T-Style. Industrial B-Style couplers use a different plug profile and need the Industrial Coupler Cork.
What is the difference between 6061 and 7075?
6061-T6 is the standard option with a good mix of durability, corrosion resistance and low weight. 7075-T6 is the premium option with substantially higher strength in the same compact design.
Is it finished or bare?
Every Coupler Cork receives a Cerakote finish.
How do I keep from losing it?
A stainless steel split-ring retainer is included as an attachment point for tethering the plug near the coupler.
