This is Clayton Off Road's complete Premium 4.5-inch long arm system for the Jeep Wrangler 392. Long arms reduce suspension angles for a smoother, more controlled ride and give the axle more room to articulate and climb.
The kit is built around eight adjustable upper and lower control arms. Narrow series Johnny joint adjusters offer up to 40 degrees of overall misalignment and are greasable and rebuildable, while Giiro joint bushings are maintenance-free with a dual-durometer design for free movement on and off the road. The Premium version pairs Johnny joint adjusters with a Giiro joint bushing on the lower axle side. The arms and frame brackets are identical between Overland+ and Premium, so adjusters can be swapped later if you change your mind. Clayton backs the control arms and track bars with a lifetime guarantee.

Install notes
The frame brackets are weld-on. The 392 front brackets allow no exhaust mods to the factory system. 4.5-inch HD rear springs are the standard option, used for added stability at taller heights and to maintain proper road manners. Plan on welding in the brackets.

What is the difference between Overland+ and Premium?
The arms and frame brackets are identical. Overland+ uses Giiro joints at the lower end and in the adjusters; Premium uses Johnny joint adjusters with a Giiro joint bushing on the lower axle side. You can swap adjusters later.
Do the brackets need welding?
Yes, the frame brackets are weld-on.
