- Misuse, abuse, accidents, or damage from on-road or off-road hazards
- Improper installation, alteration or modification
- Competition use (voids the finish warranty)
- Commercial, industrial or rental use
- Surface rust, pitting or discoloration from poor cleaning or maintenance, including neglect in heavy road-salt areas
- Removal, installation and shipping costs, and items lost in transit
- Damage to your vehicle or other consequential losses
- Parts ordered in error, refused or cancelled
How to make a Body Armor 4x4 warranty claim
- Start with the authorized dealer you bought from (that's us, if you bought from NVMOS). The dealer contacts Body Armor 4x4 to evaluate the claim
- Have proof of purchase and clear photos of the problem ready. Body Armor 4x4 may ask for more photos or for the part itself
- If the claim is approved, Body Armor 4x4 issues a return number (RGA). Don't ship anything without one, because returns that arrive without a valid number are refused
- Body Armor 4x4 repairs or replaces the part. If the claim isn't valid, the item comes back at your expense or is disposed of after 60 days

Body Armor 4x4 started as one Jeep owner's weekend bumper project in Corona, California and grew into a full line of steel armor, racks, trail doors and suspension parts.
