AEV (American Expedition Vehicles) Warranty
At a glance: Limited lifetime parts warranty for the original purchaser against material and manufacturing defects; finish defects get one year
This is AEV's warranty, not an NVMOS policy. We've summarized it in plain English to save you a search. The manufacturer's official terms always govern and can change without notice. Last reviewed on nvmos.com: October 27, 2026.
Coverage by product
| Product or component | Coverage |
|---|---|
| AEV accessories: bumpers, tire carriers, DualSport suspension, wheels, skid plates, snorkels, flares, lighting mounts and recovery gear | Limited lifetime |

What's covered
- Material and manufacturing defects in AEV accessories
- Original purchaser only, with proof of purchase
- AEV may repair the part, replace it, or reimburse the purchase price, at its discretion
What's not covered
- Second owners
- Labor to diagnose, remove or install parts
- Abuse, misuse, modification, improper installation or poor maintenance
- Vehicles used in racing, competition or commercial activity
- Trail and weather finish damage such as rock chips, scratches, sap, salt and sun
- Incidental costs, damage to non-AEV parts, counterfeit parts, and shipping back to AEV
How to make an AEV warranty claim
- Gather your proof of purchase and photos of the defect
- Contact AEV's warranty department to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA)
- AEV usually asks for the part back for inspection; if a replacement ships first, AEV may charge for it and refund once the defect is confirmed

AEV 37" Tire Clearance Kit for 2024+ Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD ZR2
The 2024+ Chevrolet Silverado 2500 ZR2 is engineered for serious off-road capability, but for drivers looking to take their ZR2 to the next level by upgrading to 37" tires, the Silverado ZR2’s factory wheel wells and body mounts simply don’t offer the clearance needed. Without the right modifications, upsizing leads to rubbing, restricted wheel travel, and potential damage when the terrain gets tough.
That’s where the AEV 37" Tire Clearance Kit comes in. Designed specifically for the Silverado 2500 ZR2 (non-Bison), this kit provides precision-engineered brackets, trim templates, and hardware – everything required to properly fit 37" tires while retaining the factory bumper. By repositioning the front wheel liners and guiding accurate trimming to the body mounts, the kit ensures your larger tires can flex and rotate freely, even under extreme off-road articulation, without interference or damage.
Built from durable A36 steel with an E-coat finish, the brackets are designed for long-lasting strength and protection. The included templates guarantee an accurate, professional fit, so your truck maintains a clean, factory-style appearance while gaining the space to run 37s with confidence. With the AEV Tire Clearance Kit, your Silverado ZR2 is fully equipped to handle bigger tires and bigger adventures.
