How to make an AEV warranty claim
- Gather your proof of purchase and photos of the defect
- Contact AEV's warranty department to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA)
- AEV usually asks for the part back for inspection; if a replacement ships first, AEV may charge for it and refund once the defect is confirmed

AEV Jack Base for 2015-2022 Colorado
AEV's Off-Road Jack Base provides 3-1/2 inches of additional lift height to the 2015-22 Colorado's factory bottle jack - allowing tires of up to 35" to be changed with ease and stability. Many people don't realize that the stock jack won't work to safely change larger tires (even a 33" tall tire) until it's too late, leaving them stranded on the side of the road or even worse, on the trail.
The Colorado's factory bottle jack base has a substantial, 10.5" wide footprint to provide better stability in off-road and soft soil conditions when using the factory jack or even a Hi-Lift jack. It can also double as a wheel chock in order to prevent a disabled vehicle or trailer from rolling. When not in use, the Jack Base stows neatly into the Colorado's under-seat rear storage compartment found in both extended and crew cab models.
