The S&B Tank for AWD vans fits 170" Crew, Sanctuary, Tranquility, Entegra Launch, Jayco Terrain, 2025+ Revels and any builds that have plumbing or interference behind the original fuel tank. Watch the 40 gallon fuel tank overview video for more info.
When using the auxiliary fuel tap on stock tanks, tap stops pulling fuel around 1/4 tank. With the S&B Tank, it will stop pulling fuel around 1/3-1/2 tank.
Important: The fuel gauge will only work accurately on vans with the J51 fuel gauge (optimized for aux. fuel tap). All 2020+ Revels should have been built with this option but please confirm by sending us your vin or consulting with your installer.

Why it works
Plug-and-play installation
The kit includes everything to swap your 24-gallon tank for the 40-gallon S&B tank. It mounts in the stock location with the included straps, filling the space between the OEM tank and transfer case and extending 5.2 inches rearward.
Your fuel gauge works as normal
The gauge stays on full for the first 5-7 gallons, then moves as normal. Distance to empty still uses stock capacity: at 20 mpg a full 47 gallons gives 940 miles, but the display shows 480. S&B's video shows how the gauge works.

Made from 1/4" thick crosslink polyethylene and backed by S&B's lifetime warranty.
