DV8 Offroad 12,000 lb Winch with Steel Rope (WB12SC)
A 12,000 lb winch built around a 6 hp 12V DC series motor and a three-stage planetary gear train with a 256:1 reduction. The control box is metal rather than plastic, and DV8 includes all the wiring and hardware to hook it up.
It ships with both a 12.5-foot wired remote and a wireless remote, a steel roller fairlead and a galvanized steel hook. One rule from DV8 worth remembering: pull the wireless remote receiver when the winch is not in use.
