What's covered
- Defects in material and workmanship under normal use
- Replacement of the failed part, or at Timbren's option repair or replacement of components or the whole product
What's not covered
- Labor, freight, collateral damage and related costs
- Alteration, misuse, overloading or negligence
- Wheel spacers or wheel/hub adapters not designed by Timbren
- Improper alignment, installation or wheel torque
- Normal wear, cosmetic finish and corrosion
- Lack of reasonable maintenance or unreasonable use
- Parts not made by Timbren and products bought from unauthorized dealers
- Incidental costs such as lost time, towing, meals and lodging; transfer to another owner
How to make a Timbren warranty claim
- Contact NVMOS with your order number, the defect details and photos of the product
- We contact Timbren customer service with proof of purchase
- If a return is needed, Timbren issues a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the part prepaid with the RMA number written on the outside of the box to Timbren's Goshen, Indiana address (US)
- Timbren inspects and replaces the failed part
