- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
- Repair or replacement with an equivalent product, without charge, when OVS determines the item is defective
- Products installed according to the instructions supplied
- The original purchaser only
What's not covered
- Labor for installation, removal, replacement or repair
- Transportation costs and consequential damages
- Improper installation or modification of the original product
- Abuse, misuse or negligence
- Any commercial application
- Soft tops with a color mismatch
How to make a King 4WD claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours
