How to make a Fabtech warranty claim

  • Contact Fabtech Customer Service before doing anything, including removing the part; claims need Fabtech's approval first.
  • Follow Fabtech's claim instructions; Dirt Logic shocks that fail in the first year are shipped to Fabtech for inspection.
  • For Five Sixty, notify Fabtech before any repair starts, after the factory dealer has denied coverage, with the original suspension purchase and install receipt and service records.
  • For Five Sixty, a processing fee applies to each on-site inspection, and only repairs Fabtech authorizes are covered.
