- Misuse, abuse and accidents
- Improper installation and modification
- Improper or inadequate maintenance
- Damage from on-road and off-road hazards
- Products removed from the original vehicle, or a vehicle transferred to another owner
- Returns of non-defective products after installation
- Incidental and consequential damages
How to make a Bushwacker warranty claim
- Return the product to the place of purchase, or submit a claim online through RealTruck's Bushwacker contact page.
- Provide the order number, your name, address, phone and email, vehicle year, make and model, product name or part number and a description of the problem.
- Include a copy of the original receipt and photos of the product.
- Get authorization before sending anything to Bushwacker; unauthorized returns can be refused or sent back at your expense.

Bushwacker's first route for a claim is the place of purchase, and it wants the order number, the receipt and photos before it authorizes a return.
