What's covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship from the purchase date
- Applies when the product is fitted per ARB's instructions and legal requirements and used for its intended purpose
- ARB chooses whether to repair, replace or refund
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect fitting or use beyond what the product was designed for
- Misuse, negligent operation or poor maintenance
- Modified products; accident or vandalism damage
- Competitive events such as racing or rallying
- Use in underground mining or other highly corrosive environments
- Consequential losses; liability capped at the purchase price
How to make a ARB warranty claim
- Contact ARB as soon as you find the defect
- Do not remove the product from the vehicle before contacting ARB
- Submit the online warranty claim form with your purchase receipt
- ARB reviews the claim and decides on repair, replacement or refund
