- Improper installation, including water intrusion from incorrect sealing
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, impacts and collisions
- Power surges, incorrect voltage or improper wiring
- Modification, disassembly or unauthorized repair
- Normal wear, fading, discoloration, lens wear and cosmetic issues
- Fire, flood, natural disasters and vehicle electrical failures
- Deep water submersion and high-speed debris impact off-road
- Labor, diagnostics, towing, downtime and third-party repairs
- Products bought from unauthorized sellers
- Cash refunds in place of replacement
How to make a XKGLOW warranty claim
- Gather proof of purchase from XKGLOW or an authorized dealer.
- Send XKGLOW photos or video of the problem and the product details.
- Work through any troubleshooting XKGLOW requests.
- Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the product, at your cost, for evaluation.

XKGLOW asks for proof of purchase, photos and troubleshooting before it issues an RMA, and it rejects products from unauthorized sellers.
