What's covered
- Structural failure under normal, intended use while the original buyer owns the wheels
- Factory defects in materials or workmanship for the first year
- Finish peeling or lifting within the period listed for that finish
- Wheels found defective are repaired or replaced
What's not covered
- Damage from skipping the installation and care guidelines
- Harsh cleaners, abrasive cloths or brush-type car washes
- Accidents, curbs, potholes and other road damage
- Racing, on-road or off-road
- Adapters or accessories not supplied or approved in writing
- Chrome pitting, polished-aluminum oxidation, surface rust on steel
- Removal, shipping, mounting and reinstall costs; incidental or consequential damage
- Second owners (the warranty does not transfer)
How to make a Victor Equipment warranty claim
- Take or ship the wheel back to the dealer you bought it from
- Include a copy of the original sales receipt
- The wheel is inspected; approved claims are repaired or replaced
- Removal, shipping and reinstall costs are on the owner; denied claims come back at the sender's cost
