What's not covered
- Road hazards, fire, theft and collision
- Improper inflation, overloading, misalignment or skipped rotations
- Running low or flat, spinning, racing or abuse
- Tires worn below 2/32", or uneven wear of 2/32" or more between grooves or axles
- Commercial use (for treadwear claims)
- Retreads, used tires and TPMS parts
How to make a Nitto warranty claim
- Bring the vehicle, tires, warranty booklet and original invoice to an authorized Nitto dealer
- Show your installation and rotation records (needed for treadwear claims)
- Sign the Nitto claim form and leave the tire with the dealer
- Bought online? Ship the claim and dismounted tire to the seller or Nitto at your cost, and call Nitto first
