- Road hazards such as cuts, punctures and impact breaks
- Off-road use, overloading, wrong inflation or excess speed
- Tires 6+ years from production or worn to 2/32"
- Tires with sealants, balancing beads or no DOT number
- More than one puncture repair (mileage claims)
- Mounting, balancing and taxes; non-original purchasers
How to make a Milestar warranty claim
- Go to the selling dealer with the tire, original invoice and installation mileage
- For mileage claims, register online and keep the signed rotation record
- The dealer gets a return authorization from Tireco and files the claim
- Tireco inspects the tire and issues a credit or a written explanation
