What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials under normal, intended use
- Finish defects on painted, chrome, PVD and clear-coated wheels for 12 months
- Repair or replacement, as decided at inspection
What's not covered
- Polished, uncoated or raw finishes, and rust, pitting or discoloration from improper maintenance
- Road hazards, accidents, racing, abuse and neglect
- Adverse weather damage
- Unauthorized alterations or repairs
- Improper mounting, excessive loads and incorrect tire sizes
- Accessories and adapters not approved by the manufacturer
- Removal, installation and shipping charges
How to make a Mayhem warranty claim
- Contact NVMOS, the dealer you bought from, with your order number and photos of the wheel
- Keep the original receipt or other proof of purchase
- The wheel is inspected through the dealer, who decides whether it is repaired or replaced
- Removal, installation and shipping costs are the owner's responsibility

The Wheel Group's warranty sends claims back through the dealer that sold the wheel, with proof of purchase and an inspection. Contact NVMOS first, since we are that dealer and can start the claim directly.
