- Defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original buyer owns the product
What's not covered
- Second owners (coverage is tied to the original retail buyer)
- Under S&B's general warranty, which also covers JLT: racing/competition use, modified products, industrial or marine use, and off-highway use where not street legal
- Products not bought from an authorized dealer (S&B general policy)
How to make a JLT Performance warranty claim
- Contact S&B Filters customer service (JLT's parent/manufacturer) by phone or email
- Have your proof of purchase ready
- Get an RMA number before sending anything back
- Ship the item back at your own cost with the RMA number
