- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
- Devos chooses whether to repair, replace, or send replacement parts
What's not covered
- Normal wear and cosmetic damage
- Misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage, installation or maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Water damage beyond the product's stated rating
- Corrosion from environmental exposure
- Theft or loss, and units with altered or unreadable serial numbers
- Third-party / partner products
How to make a Devos Outdoor warranty claim

- Provide order number, proof of purchase, product name/model and a description of the problem
- Include photos or video if you have them
- Devos may ask for troubleshooting or for the product to be inspected
