How to make a Carli Suspension warranty claim
- Find your original proof of purchase; Carli requires it for every warranty claim.
- For King shocks, submit the King service request on Carli's site with the receipt and clear photos of the leak or failure on each shock. For SDI/E-Venture products, use Suspension Direct's warranty request form.
- For ball joints, record a video showing the joint's play and email it to Carli with proof of purchase and your shipping information.
- For other Carli parts, contact Carli to describe the problem and qualify the claim.
- Do not ship anything back without an approved RGA; Carli refuses shipments without one.
