About UnderCover
UnderCover traces back to a sketch drawn on a napkin at a Christmas party in the late 1990s. Its first product was the Classic, a one-piece hard cover, and the company's real growth came when it added the Flex folding cover, which opened the brand up to buyers who did not want a single hinged lid. The lineup later added the Triad and the SwingCase bed-side storage box. UnderCover is now sold and supported by RealTruck, and its current covers are listed as assembled in Missouri.
The lineup splits into two families. The folding covers (Flex, Ultra Flex, ArmorFlex, Triad and Select) use aluminum-skinned panels and fold toward the cab, so you can open part of the bed without taking anything off. The one-piece covers (SE, Elite, Elite LX and LUX) are molded ABS lids on gas struts that lock and lift like a trunk; the LX and LUX come painted to match the truck. The trade-off is simple: folding covers give you more flexibility with tall loads, one-piece covers give you a cleaner look and a lid that is quicker to open and close.

Each one is built for a specific truck and bed length, and we list them for the Toyota Tacoma and Tundra, Ford F-150, Super Duty, Ranger and Maverick, Chevy Silverado and Colorado, GMC Sierra and Canyon, Ram pickups, Nissan Frontier and Jeep Gladiator. Most install by clamping to the bed rails with no drilling.

How to choose
Folding or one-piece: Folding covers stack toward the cab and let you haul something tall with the cover partly open. One-piece covers lift on struts and look cleaner, but UnderCover's warranty excludes driving with them open, so tall loads mean taking the lid off.
Read the warranty tier before you buy: Coverage varies by model: Flex, Triad, Select, SE and Elite are 3 years, Ultra Flex is 5 years, and the painted LUX and Elite LX get lifetime structure and paint. If you keep trucks a long time, that difference is worth more than any feature list.
Paint match is close, not exact: The LX and LUX covers are painted at UnderCover's factory to your color code, but UnderCover does not promise a perfect match. Have your paint code ready and expect a close match rather than an identical one.
Confirm bed length and bed accessories: Every cover is specific to bed length and model year, and some bed rail systems, toolboxes or bed caps can interfere. Check the fitment notes on the listing against what is already in your bed.
Weight ratings differ: Rated loads are for evenly distributed weight and vary by model, from about 300 lb on the Select to 600 lb on the Triad. If you plan to stand on it or stack gear on it, check the specific cover.
Lead times & shipping
NVMOS dropships every UnderCover order straight from the brand or its distributor. In-stock covers usually leave in 1-3 business days, and covers stocked at the manufacturer take about 1-2 weeks. Tonneau covers are large, so many ship freight by truck, which can add a few days and may need someone home to receive and inspect the box. Check for shipping damage before signing, and we send tracking as soon as we have it.
UnderCover warranty
UnderCover's limited warranty runs from the retail purchase date, covers defects in materials and workmanship, and applies only to the original purchaser. The term depends on the model: 3 years on the Flex, Triad, Select, SE and Elite structure, 5 years on the Ultra Flex, and lifetime structure plus lifetime paint on factory-painted LUX and Elite LX covers, with gas struts and mounting hardware on one-piece covers limited to 1 year. UnderCover repairs or replaces at its option, does not pay shipping on claims, and excludes damage from improper installation, abuse, accidents, weather, the wrong cleaning chemicals and driving with a one-piece cover open.
