Can I replace just the lens on my KC or Morimoto light?
In many cases, yes. The collection includes replacement lenses and lens reflectors for KC lights and replacement lenses for Morimoto 1Banger, 2Banger, 4Banger and BigBanger pods. Check the exact model and size before ordering.
What is a selective yellow cover for?
Selective yellow filters out some of the blue end of the spectrum, which many drivers find reduces glare in fog, dust or snow. Amber covers do something similar. You trade some brightness for a more comfortable view in poor weather.
Do I take light covers off when I am driving?
Hard covers, which are opaque, are meant to protect the lens while you are parked or driving on the highway with the lights off. Take them off before you use the light. Clear and tinted covers are designed to stay on.
Will a stone guard change my beam pattern?
Clear polycarbonate guards usually have a small effect, but a thick or dirty guard can scatter some light. Choose one made for your light, and keep it clean.
How do I know which cover fits my light?
Match the product family and size. KC covers are listed by series and lens diameter, and Morimoto covers are listed by Banger size. If you are not sure, call (920) 249-7744 with the light's model number.
