Integral Truck Rails - Bedside Rail System - Chevrolet Colorado & GMC Canyon (2023+)

$599.99

The Integral Rails Bedside Rail System for the 2023 and newer Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon gives you a modular, bolt-on mounting solution for your truck bed. These extruded bedside rails attach directly to the factory bedside mounting holes—no drilling or permanent modifications needed—and provide a robust base for mounting Packout panels, tie-down cleats, cargo accessories, or tool storage.

Once installed, the rails become a customizable platform for Packout gear, modular tool racks, sliding cleats, strap anchors, and more—turning your truck bed into a fully configurable gear station or mobile work setup.

Build Quality & Design Features

  • .2″ extruded aluminum rails with black anodized or powder-coated finish provide strength, corrosion resistance, and a rugged look suited for trail use and jobsite environments.
  • Toggle bolt installation simplifies attachment to factory bedside mount points—no cutting or drilling required, making installation clean and preserving bed integrity.
  • Slide-N-Lock tie-down cleats (1 per rail) are included, offering adjustable, tool-free anchor points—twist to unlock, slide to reposition, and twist to lock again.
  • Rust-resistant, coated stainless hardware is included to help prevent corrosion and maintain reliability in wet, dusty, or muddy conditions.
  • Accessory-ready rail system: Once the bedside rails are mounted, you can add Packout panels, track nuts, tool mounts, MOLLE-style mounts, tie-down anchors, or other accessories to build a custom storage or gear setup.

Fitment Notes & Considerations

  • Designed specifically for 2023 and newer Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon trucks.
  • Spray-in bed liners are compatible, and most tonneau covers will not interfere with the rails. However, some retractable covers or clamps may affect panel clearance—check your cover design before mounting.
  • As always, confirmation of fitment and clearance is advised before mounting Packout boxes or panels, especially when using camper shells, bed covers, or aftermarket liners.

Applications for Overlanding & Trades

Overlanding & Adventure Builds

  • Mount Packout organizer boxes filled with recovery gear, spare parts, camp cooking supplies, or essential tools directly to the bedside rails—freeing up bed floor space for fuel, water containers, bicycles, or spare tires.
  • Create a “mobile gear wall” that organizes camp and recovery gear for easy access at trailheads, campsites, or repair stops—reducing gear shifts and simplifying setups.
  • The bolt-on rail system can stay installed during long expeditions or be removed for lighter weekend trips, offering adaptability for daily driving or overland travel.

Trades, Contractors & Mobile Tool Use

  • Install Packout panels or modular tool mounts on the rails to build a mobile jobsite workstation in your truck bed—ideal for electricians, carpenters, mobile technicians, and contractors.
  • Secure tools, fasteners, or service kits right behind the cab, making them accessible without unloading or sorting through a full bed—saving time at job sites.
  • Tie-down cleats offer flexible anchor points for ladders, lumber, or cargo—helping secure gear during transport and reducing movement on rough roads.
  • The clean, no-drill install preserves your truck’s integrity—giving you flexibility for lease rigs or trucks that need to switch between work and recreational use.

Installation & Setup Tips

  1. Confirm your truck is a 2023 or newer Chevy Colorado or GMC Canyon and identify whether you have factory mount points or any bed liners that could obstruct installation.
  2. Attach the bedside rails using the toggle bolt system and supplied hardware to factory mount points. No permanent drilling or bed modifications are required.
  3. Position and lock the Slide-N-Lock cleats, or remove them if mounting other accessories such as Packout panels or tool storage.
  4. After rails are mounted, install Packout mounting panels, tool trays, or accessory mounts—then check for clearance with tonneau covers or camper shells.
  5. Routinely inspect bolts and mounted gear after trail use or heavy hauling to ensure nothing has loosened or shifted.
