This Front Hybrid Bumper Upgrade is for customers who already have our front recovery points for their 3rd Gen Tundra, and would like to upgrade to our metal front hybrid bumper and replace their OEM plastic valance.
Our Tundra Front Hybrid Bumper is finished in wrinkled black powder coat, and made with 3/16-inch high-strength steel to ensure durability, providing an extra layer of protection, while replacing the lower plastic valance. A lightweight aluminum version is also available.
No cutting or trimming is required, in order to install the Hybrid Bumper.
(Our Hybrid Bumper stands for a metal bumper that doesn't require cutting or trimming, while still providing extra protection. It is for mild to medium off-road usage, and it doesn't replace the OEM crash bar/bumper beam, making it a hybrid bumper, and not a full metal bumper. It does not relate to the powertrain of your vehicle.)
Our Hybrid Bumper DOES NOT interfere with the automatic air dam/active spoiler.
Our Hybrid Bumper does not affect or alter the safety standards of the vehicle.
