Our Not Your Typical Skid Plate Assembly for the Toyota Tundra/Sequoia is TIG welded with 1/4-inch aluminum, providing protection to both the engine and transmission, while also acting as a catalytic converter shield.
This proprietary design allows the skid plate to work with all aftermarket front sway bar drop kits, as well as the TRD 3-inch kit.
The modular 3-piece design allows for easy removal and access for maintenance.
The skid plate assembly also works with our skid plate extension to provide the best coverage possible.
Will work with the automatic air dam.
DO NOT use the skid plate as jacking points, unless the billet jacking block is installed. Only jack directly below the billet jacking block.
All necessary mounting hardware included.
Torque down all the M8 bolts to 21 ft-lbs./29 Nm. and M10 bolts to 48 ft-lbs./65 Nm.
