Installation & Fitment Notes

1. Confirm your truck has a 2015 or newer Ford F-150 or Raptor, and that your tailgate does not have an integrated fold-down work surface—this panel is incompatible with those style tailgates. 
2. Remove the factory tailgate hinge bolts, install well-nuts if needed, and bolt the panel directly to the factory tailgate using the supplied mounting hardware. 
3. Attach your Milwaukee Packout boxes or organizer trays to the mounted panel once it’s installed and test-fit to ensure correct alignment.
4. Verify clearance if you run retractable tonneau covers or sliding bed covers—covers that latch below the bed rail (like Retrax or BakFlip) may interfere with Packout box access. 
5. Check the torque and fit of your hardware after off-road travel or heavy usage to ensure the mounting remains secure and stable.
