The Goose Gear cutting board is made from 1/2" thick multi ply Bamboo. It measures 15" wide x 11" long and has a hole cut into it for hanging it out dry while out on the trail.
All cutting boards are shipped sanded and prepped for Cutting Board Oil, which you can get at most home improvement or home goods stores.
