The upTOP Universal TRUSS Bed Bar Kit is two crossbars on 4" risers that turn your bed cover into a mounting platform for a rooftop tent, bikes, a storage box, kayaks or skis, while keeping the profile low.

The kit uses upTOP's VL (variable length) crossbar, which adjusts from 50" up to 72" wide without giving up strength or stiffness, so it suits mid-size and full-size trucks alike. Assembly and install are quick and do not involve modifying or drilling the truck bed.

Choose your mounting

Retrax XR bed cover

DiamondBack bed cover

What it works with

upTOP lists compatibility with Yakima and Thule ski boxes and ski and snowboard mounts, the upTOP yakMOUNT kayak rack, the upTOP Fork Mount Bike Tray, and most other upTOP accessories.

In the kit

(4) 4" risers and (4) mounting bases

(4) application-specific attachment feet

(2) VL crossbars

All assembly and mounting hardware

Load rating: 300 lb dynamic, 850 lb static.
