STILLEN says it optimizes airflow for improved throttle response and acceleration, and delivers the deep, throaty tone it has built over more than 30 years of exhaust work. The goal is a truck that stays quiet in the cabin during everyday driving and gets loud at cold start and wide-open throttle.

It comes in three versions: a polished stainless tip (509570), a black tip (509571) and the Off-Road Series (509572). STILLEN says the system is built from high-quality materials for daily driving and off-road use. It claims a gain in horsepower, torque and overall engine performance from the optimized airflow, though it does not publish figures for this application, so treat that as directional.

Fitment

The 509570 and 509571 systems fit CrewMax and Double Cab trims with the 5.5 ft or 6.6 ft beds. The 509572 Off-Road Series fits all cab and bed options.

Install notes

STILLEN says the system is designed for a seamless fit and can be installed with basic hand tools.

Questions before you order?

Fitment questions are easier to settle before the box ships.
