RockJock's carrier bearing drop kit is the fix: a spacer that lowers the bearing to bring those angles back down. RockJock calls it mandatory for lifted applications, and the install is simple enough that there is little reason to skip it.

The spacer is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with a clear anodized finish.
