The frame mounts and substructure are fully gusseted, and the 3\/4\" shackle mounts pass through the bumper shell and are welded to both the frame mounts and the outer shell. For lighting, it takes a single-row light bar with an integrated RCI logo that doubles as structural reinforcement, and it is designed for a Diode Dynamics 30\" light bar. A slotted pod light mount spans most of the tube section, and other light bars can be fitted with extra brackets or hardware. The construction is 3\/16\" plate and .120 DOM tube, finished in satin black powdercoat over epoxy primer.
