The side panels and rear fairing are 1/4" 5052 aluminum, laser cut and CNC deburred to remove sharp edges, and the front fairing is 1/8" 5052 aluminum shaped to the roof and windshield for a cleaner fit and better airflow. The crossbars are 1" x 2" black anodized aluminum T-slot, machined to take nut plates and carriage bolts so you can add accessories without removing the bars.

Injection molded rubber mounting blocks lift and cushion the feet and seal out moisture without silicone. The rack sits only 1.75" above the highest point of the truck (antenna excluded) and does not need the roof antenna removed or changed. Side panel slots accept handles, side lighting, awning mounts and more. Textured black powdercoat over an epoxy primer. Made in the USA. Some finishes and items are made to order and ship on a lead time; RCI posts current lead times on its site.

Fitment

Made for the 2005 to 2015 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab only.
