The XD Everest is an extreme duty cantilever tent with an aluminum shell and crossbars on top, so you keep a place to carry bikes, a canoe or other gear while the tent is closed. It comes in 2 person and 4 person sizes.

The shell is aircraft-grade aluminum and the base is aluminum honeycomb, which keeps it stiff without adding a lot of weight. The cantilever opening folds the shell out to create the sleeping area, and the body is 320G ripstop with a blackout interior coating that blocks light, useful for sleeping past sunrise or napping in the afternoon. A high-density foam mattress is included.
