This OVS privacy room pops up into a 5 by 5 foot enclosure in a few minutes and comes with a 2 gallon solar shower bag, so it covers all three jobs.

It sets up with a compression hub and pre-threaded telescoping poles: thick fiberglass up top and telescoping steel below, so there is nothing to assemble. The walls are 190T polyester with an 800 mm PU coating for rain, the floor is durable PE, and a large dual-zipper D-shaped door makes it easy to get in and out. Two zippered mesh roof windows let steam out.
