The OVS Excursion combines a truck cap and a pop-up roof top tent in one modular unit, and you can start with the Expedition truck cap and upgrade to the full Excursion later.

The tent pops up in about 30 seconds and uses 280G ripstop poly-cotton with a 3500 PU waterproof coating and FMVSS 302 fabric. Panels are modular: one large panel and two half panels for the entry hatch, which you can swap to suit your bed layout. The cap side has gas-assisted wing doors with MOLLE channels, weather seals, keyed-alike locking latches, a security glass cage, 304 marine grade stainless hardware and a 2-stage powder coat. It clamps on with no drilling.
