The OVS Propane Bag is a fitted waxed canvas sleeve for a 5 lb tank that protects it in transit and gives you a proper handle for carrying it to the stove.

The fabric is #16 waxed canvas: heavy cotton duck soaked with paraffin, which sheds water and stands up to tearing. OVS rates the material for puncture resistance up to 100 lbs, and it picks up scuffs and a worn-in patina with use rather than looking beat up. A heavy drawstring cinches the top, two heavy-duty ballistic buckles secure it, and the nylon carry strap has a gripped sleeve so it's comfortable in the hand.
