Oil Pan / Transmission Skid Plate (Aluminum) - Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018

M.O.R.E.'s JK combination skid covers three things that get expensive when they meet a rock: the oil pan, the transmission and the exhaust crossover tube. Manual JKs ship without any transmission skid; on automatics this replaces the thin factory plate.

This plate is 1/4 inch aluminum and weighs about 26 pounds; the 3/16 inch steel version is about 42. Aluminum saves about 16 pounds over the steel version. It has an oil drain access with a V catch so oil changes stay clean, and slide washers are included.

Fits 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK with the 3.8L or 3.6L and the stock exhaust. It will not fit with exhaust drop brackets. If you run an aftermarket front axle, check clearance at full stuff on the driver's side; the center section fins may need trimming.

Lead time: M.O.R.E. makes aluminum skid plates to order and quotes up to 10 business days for bare aluminum; powder coating can take up to 15 business days.
