clayton-off-road-jam-nut-wrenches-pair-small
Clayton Off Road Jam Nut Wrenches (Pair) - Small

A 1-1/2 inch open-end wrench is the obvious tool for a 1 inch jam nut, but a standard one costs real money and leaves enough slop to round the nut when you lean on it. Clayton Off Road made this pair to fit tighter at a lower price, so suspension hardware gets tightened and stays tight.

The pair is two different tools. One is a crow's foot style that touches all six sides of the 1 inch jam nut. The other is a standard wrench head for spots where the crow's foot will not reach. Inside width is 1.485 inches, slightly under a standard 1.500 inch wrench, which is what gives the snug fit.

Fitment

Sized for the 1 inch jam nuts used on Clayton Off Road parts. Not vehicle specific.

What's included

Two wrenches: one crow's foot and one standard.

Usage notes

These wrenches are made for the jam nuts on Clayton Off Road parts and may not work on other brands. The ends suit normal install and adjustment work. For sustained high torque or frequent use, Clayton recommends a properly sized box wrench instead. Keep torque at or below 200 ft/lbs, and use them with a 1/2 inch driver or torque wrench.

Questions before you order?

Fitment questions are easier to settle before the box ships.
