The 2014-2021 Tundra Overland Series Front Bumper
- Bumper gives greater clearance for improved approach angles and makes it simpler to mount wider tires.
- The bumper is comprised of 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel, 1/4" thick mounting plates, and a winch plate.
- Every bumper has D-ring tabs that are 3/4" thick and completely welded front and rear.
- Bull bar tubing is .120 wall 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tube.
- Full-height bull bars are only compatible with TSS in TRD Pro grilles. The bull bar will obstruct the TSS sensor on standard grilles.
- Mid-height bull bar compatible with TSS on all models
- Fits the majority of 8k-12k winches. Winches with the capacity to reposition the electrical control box are preferred. For integrated control box winches, the grille support brackets may need to be trimmed. (ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series winches are all compatible)
- For optimal operation, we recommend utilizing winches with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead. Some roller fairleads may be too big to put in the bumper's recessed fairlead mounting plate.
- Compatible with TRD Pro and aftermarket skid plates.
- Includes holes for parking sensor mounting.
- Designed to accommodate 30′′ single row light bars (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8 light bar). Also compatible are the Extreme LED 30" 5D light bar and the RIGID 30" SR series.
- If you have bought a bumper from us along with an Extreme X6S 30" Amber/White light bar, you will receive a pair of mounting brackets for fixing the light into the bumper so that it fits properly. If you intend to install a 30" X6S light bar that you did not purchase from us, you will need to purchase these mounting brackets.
- Bumper comes pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights to attach on top of the bumper in front of the grille. The LP9 lights will function with the full-height bull bar as well as no bull bar. (Please refer to images of the gray or beige Tundra for light placement)
- This bumper is a straight bolt on application. No cutting or adjustments needed.
- Weighs 165lbs without bull bar, 180lbs with full height bull bar.
- SHIPS AS STAINLESS STEEL; powder coating is unavailable. To avoid corrosion, the product will need to be painted or powder coated.

- Products requiring Freight Shipping will ship free of charge (Lower 48 only) either to a commercial address or to the nearest freight hub to the customer’s address (selected at checkout). If a commercial address is provided, please include the business name in the shipping contact information at checkout. The business must have forklift access or a freight dock. Residential Freight Delivery is available for an added fee and must be selected at checkout.
- Products that can ship via Ground will be shipped to physical addresses only. Ground shipping is free inside the Lower 48 United States. If a product that normally ships via Ground is purchased with a product that ships Freight, the entire order will be shipped via Freight.
- Free shipping is only included for shipping addresses inside the Lower 48 United States (Contiguous United States) and does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii, American Samoa, Point Roberts, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or countries outside the USA.
