C4 Fab 4Runner Overland Series Front Bumper - 5th Gen (2014+)

• Bumper gives more clearance for better approach angles and makes it easier to put on bigger tires.
• The bumper is made of laser-cut P&O steel that is 3/16" thick, and the mounting plates are 1/4" thick.
• Every bumper comes with 3/4-inch-thick D-Ring tabs that are fully welded front and back.
• Bull bar tubing is .120 wall 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing.
• Fits most winches between 8k and 12k.
• We recommend winches that allow you to move the electrical control box.
• For integrated control box winches to fit, the grille support brackets may need to be trimmed.
• (Common winches that fit are the ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.)
• For the best fit and function, you should use winches with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead.
• Some roller fairleads might be too big to fit in the bumper's recessed fairlead mounting plate.
• 135 pounds without a bull bar, 140 pounds with a bull bar that is mid-height, 150 pounds with a bull bar that is full height, and 155 pounds with a full-height bull bar and headlight hoops.
• LED cutout and mounting tabs are made to work with the Baja Designs S8 30′′ light and the Rigid SR series 30′′.
• There is no guarantee that all other brands of lights will fit.
• To install this bumper, you have to cut the plastic cover of the original bumper.
• For this bumper to be installed, the original steel power steering cooler lines must be taken off and replaced with the power steering cooler kit that comes with the bumper.
• The cooler kit is easy to install, and you don't have to drain the power steering system to do it.
• When you replace the power steering lines, you make more room for the winch and get rid of the "U-shaped" part of the lines that hangs low near where the bumper bolts to the frame. This protects the lines from obstacles and debris.
• C4 does not offer powder coating services and only ships bare steel.
• Before it can be put on, the bumper will need to be painted or coated with a powder to keep it from rusting.
