C4 Fab 4Runner Hybrid Front Bumper - 5th Gen (2014+)

The 2014+ 4Runner Hybrid bumper is a one-of-a-kind blend of plate steel and round tubes. This design provides for a "lighter" appearance, as well as the possibility to add a winch, LED light bar, and different permutations of fog lights in the tube region.

• Bumper provides increased clearance for improved approach angles and facilitates the installation of wider tires.
• The middle section is comprised of 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel and 1/4" thick mounting plates.
• Every bumper has D-ring tabs that are 3/4" thick and completely welded front and rear.
• Tube segments are.
• 120 wall 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tube.
• Fits the majority of 8k-12k winches. Recommended are winches with the capacity to shift the electrical control box. For integrated control box winches, the grille support brackets may need to be trimmed. (ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series winches are all compatible)
• For optimal operation, we recommend utilizing winches with synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead. Some roller fairleads may be too big to put in the bumper's recessed fairlead mounting plate.
• 120 pounds without a bull bar, 125 lbs with a bull bar of medium height, and 135 lbs with a bull bar of full height.
• LED cutout and mounting tabs compatible with Baja Designs S8 30" light and Rigid SR 30" series. The compatibility of all other brands of lights is not guaranteed.
• To install this bumper, the original plastic bumper cover must be trimmed.
• In order to install this bumper, the original steel power steering cooler lines must be removed and replaced with the power steering cooler kit we offer. The installation of the cooler kit does not need emptying the power steering system. By replacing the power steering lines, more space is made for the winch, and the "U-shaped" piece of the lines at where the bumper attaches to the frame is removed so that the lines are not exposed to impediments and debris.
• C4 does not provide powder coating services for SHIPS BARE STEEL. Before installation, the bumper must be painted or powder coated to prevent corrosion.
