It is injection molded from PC-ABS, a high-strength, impact-resistant plastic, and it replaces the case that came with the truck. Rather than snapping shut, it bolts together with socket head cap screws, a more rugged and straightforward approach that you can undo again with the supplied allen key. It is made in the USA.

Fitment

Listed for the 2019-2024 Ram 2500. The vendor's typical-applications note extends to 2014-2024 Ram 2500, so judge by the fob itself as much as the model year.
